Where are you located?
We are located at the Ormeau Village shops. We are just down from Coles, in the corner next to The Willow Tree Cafe.
What should I bring to a session?
For Messy Play please dress your child in something you don't mind getting messy. Please bring a change of clothes and some baby wipes and a wet bag are also helpful.
Our Drop In and Explorer sessions may involve some messy activities, so we suggest bringing a change of clothes if your child is likely to want to get clean after a session.​
Do I need to remain with my child?
Yes! Children need to be supervised by their parent/carer at all times.
During Messy Play, please supervise your child closely especially around stations that involve food or water that may become slippery.
During Drop In and Explorer sessions we encourage you to engage with you child. However, we do have seating for you to use if your child is happy playing independently.
You are responsible for your child at all times.
Can I bring another adult to the session?
Each ticket incudes one child and one adult. Please send us a message if you would like to bring another adult so we can keep track of numbers.
Do you offer a sibiling discount?
Not at this stage.
How do I book?
All booking are through our website. Please message us if you need any help.
Can I bring food?
What do I do if I can't attend a session?
Yes, you are welcome to bring snacks for your child (and yourself!). Please be considerate of children with allergies.
We can reschedule your booking if at least 12 hours of notice is given. We are not able to provide refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you have toilets?
We have hand washing facilities in our centre and we are right next to the public toilets.
